Eldar Ilgisowitsch Nassyrow ( Russian Эльдар Ильгизович Насыров ; born July 14, 1986 in Sakhalin Oblast ) is a Russian handball player .

The 1.85 meter tall and 85 kilogram heavy left back player is under contract with GK Newa St. Petersburg . He played with St. Petersburg in the 2004/2005 and 2005/2006 seasons in the EHF Challenge Cup and in the 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons in the EHF Champions League . In the summer of 2013 he moved to the Belarusian club HC Dinamo Minsk , but returned to St. Petersburg in September 2013.

Eldar Nassyrov is part of the Russian national team . He was in the preliminary squad for the 2010 and 2014 European Championships . He took part in the 2013 World Cup. He played 14 international matches in which he scored five goals. (As of March 2014)
