Element Skateboards is an Atlanta company founded in 1992 that manufactures skateboards , accessories and skate- inspired clothing.
history
The company initially called itself Underworld Element . Later the Underworld was deleted from the name and from then on they were only called Element . Element has also been offering its own shoe collection since 2006.
In 2001, Element was bought by Billabong .
Sponsorship
Element sponsors its own skater team. Members are u. a. some greats from the skater scene like Chad Tim Tim, Colt Cannon, Chris Senn, Brent Atchley, Vanessa Torres, Bam Margera , Bucky Lasek , Lincoln Ueda, Chad Muska , Tosh Townend, Nyjah Huston and Jeremy Wray. The team also includes drivers from Australia and Europe , including two drivers from Germany.
