Elin Rombo
Elin Rombo (born January 29, 1976 in Katrineholm ) is a Swedish opera singer ( soprano ).
Life
Elin Rombo studied at Brandon University Queen Elisabeth II in Canada and at the College of Music in Stockholm , where she graduated in 2003. During her studies she made her debut at the Royal Opera in Stockholm in the role of Christa in Leoš Janáček's The Makropulos Affair . In the same year she sang Brahms' German Requiem under the direction of Riccardo Muti with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra . On her debut at the Salzburg Festival in 2009 she sang in Luigi Nono's Al gran sole carico d'amore under the direction of Ingo Metzmacher . InShe sang Francesco Cavalli's opera “Eliogabalo under Alarcon” with Anicia Eritea alongside Franco Fagioli .
