Elisabeth Garcia-Almendaris (born March 14, 1989 in Wilhelm-Pieck-Stadt Guben ) is a German handball player .

The 1.71 m tall left winger began her career with HV Guben and was under contract with TSG Ketsch from 2001 to 2009 . In summer 2009 she moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen . She ended her career after the 2011/12 season for health reasons. Later she made her comeback for the "tower ladies" of TV Witzhelden 1884 e. V. (2016 Landesliga, 2017 Association League, 2018 Oberliga).

Her sister Franziska also moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen at the start of the 2011/12 season.
