Elisabeth Goedicke

Elisabeth Goedicke (also: Else Goedicke ; * May 21, 1873 in Brandenburg an der Havel ; † after 1943 ) was a German writer .

Life

Elisabeth Goedicke was the daughter of a military doctor who later rose to become general doctor . She grew up in Plön in Holstein . After completing an apprenticeship in Berlin and Magdeburg , she lived for several years in Tempelhof near Berlin, where her first literary works were created. After that she lived in Darmstadt , Danzig and from 1901 back in Berlin. During the Second World War she was based in the Brandenburg town of Ferch am Schwielowsee .

Elisabeth Goedicke was the author of novels and short stories .
