Elisabeth Schnell (politician)

Elisabeth Schnell (born October 27, 1932 in Sontheim , Dillingen an der Donau district ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

After completing her training as a catechist and pastoral assistant, Schnell worked in this profession for three years. She was then a consultant at the Catholic German Women's Association and a member of the Diocesan Charity Association of Augsburg . From 1974 she was honorary chairwoman of the Catholic Working Group for Mothers Recreation in Bavaria.

On May 6, 1974, Schnell moved up to replace Franz Schick , who had left the Bavarian State Parliament, to which she was a member until 1982. On April 28, 1988 she moved back to the state parliament, this time for Karl Vogele .
