Karl Vogele

Karl Vogele (born June 29, 1940 in Langerringen ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

Vogele acquired the teaching qualification for elementary, secondary and technical secondary schools and worked at primary schools from 1963 to 1969, afterwards teacher at the state secondary school in Schwabmünchen and at the technical secondary school in Augsburg . From 1974 he was the deputy general school director and secondary school principal. Vogele was also active in Catholic youth work, chairman of the district youth council and a member of the district youth welfare committee.

In 1960 Vogele became a member of the JU and the CSU. There he was local chairman, district chairman in the district of Schwabmünchen and since then deputy district chairman in the district of Augsburg . He was a member of the city council of the district committee and district council as well as deputy district administrator in the Augsburg district. From 1974 to 1988 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament , always directly elected in the Augsburg-Land-Süd constituency .

In 1988, Karl Vogele succeeded Dr. Franz Xaver Frey elected district administrator of the Augsburg district. He held this office until 2008. Martin Sailer was his successor .

He was awarded the title of former district administrator by the district council of the Augsburg district.
