Elisabeth Zöller
Elisabeth Zöller ( pseudonym : Marie Hagemann * 6. December 1945 in Brilon ) is a German children's and youth book - author .
Life
Elisabeth Zöller studied German, French, art history and education in Munich, Lausanne and Münster. She then became a teacher at a grammar school and practiced this profession until 1989.
Since 1990 she has been writing books for children and young people between the ages of four and 16, in which she also deals with difficult topics such as anger, war, fear, violence, grief and death. So she thematized u. a. in Anton or The Time of Unworthy Life the persecution and murder of the sick and disabled during the Nazi era .
Elisabeth Zöller now lives on a listed farm near Münster.
