Eliza Hoxha (* 5. March 1974 in Kosovo , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Kosovar Pop - and R & B - singer , architect and politician. It is particularly successful in the Albanian-speaking countries and with the Albanian diaspora .

Life

Hoxha grew up in Kosovo. During the Kosovo war in 1998 she moved to Macedonia. After the war, she released her first album No. 1 . In 2003 she released her second album 100% , which was more successful than the first. Over the years she took part in competitions such as Kënga Magjike or Top Fest . Especially in 2009 at the Kënga Magjikë she won first place with the song Rruga e Zemrës with her singing partner Rosela Gjylbegu.

She works as an architect as well as a politician.
