Top Music Awards , formerly Top Fest (or Top Fest Awards , acronym : TF ) is an Albanian talent show that was first broadcast in 2004 by the television broadcaster Top Channel . It takes place annually in the Albanian capital Tirana . The performed songs range in music genre from hip-hop , alternative and funk to pop and rhythm and blues . Many participants come from Kosovo and North Macedonia - the singing is mostly in Albanian .
