Elizabeth Yianni-Georgiou

Elizabeth Yianni-Georgiou (also Lizzie Yianni-Georgiou ) is a makeup artist who was nominated at the 2015 Academy Awards, along with David White, for the Academy Award for Best Make-up and Best Hairstyles for her work on Guardians of the Galaxy . She was nominated for a British Academy Film Award in the Best Mask category for this film, along with White . Her work on the films An Education and We Want Sex earned her two more nominations in this category in 2010 and 2011. Yianni-Georgiou has been active since the mid-1980s and was featured in over 60 film and television productions. She has three daughters, actresses Bella Georgiou and Alannah Olivia, and media journalist Phoebe Georgiou .
