Elke Laznia
Elke Laznia (* 1974 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian author .
Life
Elke Laznia grew up in the Drau Valley , in 1994 she graduated from Zams in Tyrol . In the same year she went to study in Salzburg , where she has lived and worked ever since. She has been working as a freelance writer since 2011. Her debut novel Kindheitswald , published in 2014, was one of ten titles on the shortlist of the Alpha literary award and on the ORF best list in April 2014. Other works have been published in the literary magazines manuskripte and SALZ , among others .
