Ellighofen is a district of the municipality Attenweiler in the district of Biberach in Baden-Württemberg . The hamlet is about two and a half kilometers north of Attenweiler.

Ellighofen was incorporated into Attenweiler as part of the municipality of Oggelsbeuren on January 1, 1975 by the union of the municipalities of Attenweiler, Oggelsbeuren and Rupertshofen.

The place was first mentioned around 1400 as "Ellenkowen". Ellighofen was probably always an accessory from Oggelsbeuren.
