Elling Kirke ( Church of Elling ) is a church building in the Danish town of Elling .

The Danish parish belongs to the Frederikshavn Provsti in the diocese of Aalborg and includes the towns of Elling, Jerup , Nielstrup and Strandby . The parish has 4,700 members (January 2003), but actually only 4,400 live in its catchment area. In addition to this church, the parish has two subsidiary churches, Jerup Kirke and Strandby Kirke .

The Elling Kirke is the oldest church in the parish of Elling. It was built at the beginning of the 13th century. Its architectural style is typically Danish with the white walls and the red roof with stepped gables . Its plan is cruciform, with the apse to the east and the tower to the west. In the north wing there is an anteroom, the organ is in the south wing.

The church hall can hold around 250 people. The altar from 1635 shows an image of Christ crucified, and there is a canopy above the altarpiece . The pulpit dates from 1766 and is in the same colors as the altar.
