The Elvegårdselva is a river in the municipality Narvik in the Norwegian province of Nordland .
It flows through Lake Hartvikvatnet and, after passing the military base Elvegårdsmoen near Bjerkvik , about 15 km north of Narvik , flows into the Herjangsfjord , a side fjord of the Ofotfjord . The river is 23.8 km long and has a catchment area of 121.40 km². The mean discharge at the mouth is 5.26 m³ / s.
