Emanuel Brunnhofer

Emanuel Brunnhofer (* June 8, 1817 - May 15, 1882 ) was a Swiss teacher and lithographer .

After he had passed the elective examination for community school teachers in Aargau in 1835 and the one for Baselland the following year , he got a teaching position in Hemmiken . In 1841 he came to Ramlinsburg . There he founded a lithograph in order to be able to support his family better.

In 1846 he was given an apprenticeship in Aarau . He continued his handicrafts mainly with work for industrialists.
