Embryo is the debut album by the German rapper MoTrip . It was released on March 2, 2012 on the Universal Music label .

content

Thematically, the album is mostly very personal. MoTrip wrote the texts used over a period of four years, with only a few months actually being worked on the album.

production

Most of the beats on the album were created by the German production team FNSHRS. (consisting of: Paul NZA , Marek Pompetzki and Cecil Remmler ) produced in Numarek Studios in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Beats by ILLthinker, Sinch, Deflev and Ken Kenay are also represented. The instrumental for chain reaction was created by Beatzarre and Djorkaeff .

MoTrip justified the short production time of around three months in an interview with the fact that he had enough songs in stock for two albums before his contract with Universal. At Universal these were merely "professionalized", with MoTrip emphasizing that they had "complete freedom" in production.
