Emery d'Amboise (also Aimery d'Amboise , Emery Chaumont ; † November 13, 1512 in Rhodes ) was from 1503 the 41st Grand Master of the Order of St. John .

He came from the Amboise family and was a younger son of Pierre d'Amboise , Lord of Chaumont . Cardinal Georges d'Amboise , Prime Minister of King Louis XII, is one of his 16 siblings . from France. In July 1503 Emery became Grand Master of the Order of St. John. In 1510 he won in a sea battle off Montenegro a victory over the Egyptian Mamluken Sultan al-Ghuri .

The D'Amboise gate of the fortress in Rhodes , which leads to the west coast and belongs to the German tongue, is named after him.
