Emil Kreller (politician)

Franz Gustav Emil Kreller (born September 30, 1811 in Hainichen ; † March 3, 1882 ) was a German manor owner and conservative politician .

Live and act

Kreller received his education at the local elementary school and through a private tutor. He then attended the Volzmann Institute in Dresden and the Tharandt Agricultural Academy for two years . He gained several years of practical experience at home and abroad. From 1842 to 1877 he was the owner of the manor on Unterweischlitz , which included 190 hectares of land. In preparation for a new property tax system, he worked as a special appraisal commissioner for four years. From 1875 he was a reindeer .

Kreller was a member of the Second Chamber of the Saxon State Parliament on several occasions . On the state parliaments in 1848 and 1850/51 he was a member of the manor owners of the Vogtland district . He was then from 1854 to 1869 deputy member of this group. From 1869 until his death he then represented the 44th constituency. He belonged to the conservative faction.
