Emily Schneider (born June 23, 2003 ) is a German Nordic combined skier and ski jumper .

Career

Emily Schneider competes in both ski jumping and Nordic combined competitions. In ski jumping, she mainly takes part in competitions of the Alpine Ski Jumping Cup , for the first time on August 6th and 7th, 2017 in Klingenthal , where she finished 37th and 31st. Your best placement so far (as of March 2020) was a 14th place a year later in the same place.

In the Nordic Combined, Schneider also started on the international level for the first time on August 7, 2017 as part of the Nordic Combined Alpine Cup in Klingenthal, where she finished 16th and penultimate place. Since then, further competitions have followed regularly. Her best placements so far (as of March 2020) were two second places, namely the team competition in Kandersteg in February 2019 and the individual competition in Chaux-Neuve in March 2019. A competition in the Continental Cup has not yet started.

On August 23-25, 2019, Schneider made his debut in the Grand Prix at the competitions in Oberwiesenthal . In the individual competition she reached 16th place, in the team competition she took fifth place together with Cindy Haasch , Terence Weber and Fabian Rießle .
