Emmanuel Celeste Trance (born August 18, 1953 in Calinog , Iloilo , Philippines ) is Bishop of Catarman .

Life

Emmanuel Celeste Trance received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Jaro on May 17, 1978 .

On 14 May 2004 it appointed Pope John Paul II. To Coadjutor Bishop of Catarman. The Apostolic Nuncio in the Philippines, Archbishop Antonio Franco , donated him episcopal ordination on July 22nd of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Davao , Fernando Capalla , and the Archbishop of Jaro, Angel Lagdameo . On March 10, 2005, Emmanuel Celeste became Bishop of Catarman, succeeding Angel Hobayan , who resigned for reasons of age.
