Emmi Haux

Emmi Haux , married Mollenhauer (born May 15, 1904 in Frankfurt am Main ; † 1987 ) was a German athlete who was a successful sprinter and javelin thrower in the 1920s and 1930s .

With the width of 57.05 m she set a world record in two-handed javelin throw in Ulm on August 4, 1929 . She set further unofficial world records in 1923 in the 100-meter run (12.8 s) and in 1928 with 4-by-100-meter relays . At the Women's World Games in 1930, she started in the 100-meter run and was eliminated in the intermediate run.

In 1923 and 1924 Emmi Haux was German champion in the 100-meter run.

Emmi Haux belonged to the sports club SC 1880 Frankfurt . At a height of 1.67 m, she had a competition weight of 58 kg.
