Empada is a city in southwest Guinea-Bissau with 2267 inhabitants (as of 2009).

It is the seat of the sector of the same name with an area of ​​777 km² and 17,517 inhabitants (as of 2009), mainly Biafada with significant minorities from Mandinka and some Balanta , Fulbe and others. a.

Empada does not offer any special sights, apart from the surrounding nature in general.
