Enrique Hubbard Urrea

Enrique Hubbard Urrea (born December 16, 1945 in El Rosario , Sinaloa ) is a former Mexican ambassador .

Enrique Hubbard Urrea studied law at the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa. He holds a Masters in National Security from the National Defense College. In 2010, Hubbard Urrea became the representative of the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores in Sinaloa.
