Eppinger Strasse 51 (Böckingen)
The residential building at Eppinger Straße 51 in the Heilbronn district of Böckingen was built as a private secular building according to plans by Adolf Stegmüller in 1900. The building is a cultural monument .

The house is a two-story, gable facing brick building. The facade is structured mirror-symmetrically by window axes.
- ground floor
- The twin windows on the ground floor have relief-like walls made of sandstone . The lintel is designed as a keel arch or donkey back. The twin windows are grouped together by a common segment arch made of contrasting colored brickwork as the crowning of the windows. Further horizontal cornices are shown as bands in sandstone.
- Transition from the ground floor to the upper floor
- Between the ground floor and first floor, a cornice is represented by a profiled cornice in sandstone.
- First floor
- The twin windows on the upper floor consist of basket-arch windows. These are grouped together by a common segment arch made of contrasting colored brickwork as a window crown. Furthermore, the window frame shows bosses made of sandstone. Further horizontal cornices are shown as bands in sandstone.
- Gable floor
- The windows in the gable storey have a sandstone wall and each have a keel arch or a donkey's back on the lintel.
history
Client Stegmüller had six directly adjacent buildings erected in decorative exposed brick in Eppinger Strasse. In addition to this building, these are No. 47/49 , No. 64 , No. 66 , No. 68 and No. 72 .
