Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich

Since it was founded in 1978, the office of Marie-Claude Bétrix and Eraldo Consolascio has developed its own architectural signature, for example in the construction of the Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich. The first buildings were built in Ticino in the early 1980s. With the buildings and conversions for the energy supply in Salzburg (1985–2003), the office then dealt with the urban significance of industrial buildings. In 2010, the architectural office relocated from Erlenbach to the Seefeld district of Zurich .

Publications and exhibitions (selection)

The first monograph Bétrix & Consolascio - Perspektivenwechsel / A Shift in Perspective presents itself as an overview of works and is devoted to the question of architecture communication. In 2008, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich dedicated a monographic exhibition to the architect duo at the ETH Hönggerberg and presented an overview of the works of the last 30 years. Further exhibitions and lectures were among others in 2003 <in / from / to: Salzburg> in Salzburg or Er & Sie in 2008 from a series of the Architekturforum Ostschweiz.
