The Einöde Erbrechtshausen is a district of the city of Königsberg in Bavaria and a partial desertification .
history
Originally there was a small place with a chapel (St. Jakob), which was mentioned in a document as early as the 12th century. In the late Middle Ages the settlement was abandoned and deserted, only an agricultural property (the so-called sheep farm) remained. Next to the estate is the tree-covered tower hill of the abandoned tower hill castle Kapellenberg .
Erbrechtshausen was part of the Ernestine-Saxon office of Königsberg, the Schafhof belonged to the city council and is now leased.
Surroundings
In the vicinity of Erbrechtshausen is the Queckbrünnlein, which has been upgraded with a water treading basin and a relaxation arbor. Not far from there are allotment gardens and the Ursee inheritance law houses, which are run by the Königsberger Anglerverein e. V. is looked after. The Haßberge Nature Park has set up a “Natour” path with numerous hands-on stations, especially for children, so that they can experience nature with all of their senses. The sibling oaks, a tree formation of several oaks that have grown together, are a few meters away at Ursee.
Directions
Above Königsberg in Bavaria, on the road towards Hohnhausen, you come to a parking lot for hikers. Right next to it is a forest playground, as well as the cherry avenue. This is where the “Natour Adventure Trail” begins, which leads to Erbrechtshausen and the Erbrechtshausen Ursee. The landscape, characterized by fruit trees, meadows, fields and forests, is a popular hiking destination.
