Erden prelate

The Erdener prelate is a vineyard of the local church earth in the growing area Mosel , area Bernkastel .

Vineyard

The 1.5 hectare steep slope is to the left of the Moselle , opposite Erden and downstream from Ürzig directly on the B 53 in a southerly direction. The floor is made of slate . The site is exclusively planted with Riesling . The Erdener Prelate is a first location of the VDP and approved for large plants of the Bernkasteler Ring .
