Erhard Blum
Erhard Blum (born February 23, 1950 in Zweibrücken ) is a Protestant theologian and Old Testament scholar .
Life
After studying Protestant theology in Heidelberg and Jerusalem , he received his doctorate in 1982 and his habilitation took place in Heidelberg in 1988. From 1989 to 2000 he held the chair for Protestant theology with a focus on biblical theology at the University of Augsburg . Since the summer semester of 2000, Blum has held one of the two chairs for the Old Testament in the Evangelical Theological Faculty of the University of Tübingen .
