Erhardstraße is a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Breitenau am Hochlantsch in the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag district in Styria .
The cadastral community is located east of Breitenau in the valley of the Breitenau brook. The main town is Sankt Erhard , but the town of Sankt Erhard also includes the cadastral community of Sonnleiten-Pernegg .
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 400 building areas with 97,013 m² and 235 gardens on 189,323 m² in the cadastral community Erhardstrasse , in 1989/1990 there were 409 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of construction areas had increased to 980 and in 2009/2010 there were 494 buildings on 998 construction areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture and forestry. 236 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 568 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 150 hectares were used for agriculture and 622 hectares were designated as forest areas. At the end of 2018, 111 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 643 hectares. The average soil climate in Erhardstrasse is 15 (as of 2010).
