Eric Caravaca

Éric Caravaca (born November 21, 1966 in Rennes , France ) is a French actor and film director .

Life

Eric Caravaca was born in Rennes , the son of a Spanish engineer . Caravaca studied literature and drama in Paris at the same time . He then concentrated on acting and began studying at the l'École nationale supérieure d'arts et techniques du théâtre , which he graduated from the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique . This is followed by studies in New York City at the renowned Actors Studio . On his return he played in the theater before making his acting debut in front of the camera with A Saturday on Earth . Just three years later, he became famous for his role in C'est quoi la vie? Awarded a César for Best Young Actor.

In 2005 he made his debut as a director with the drama Hotel Marysol .
