Eric Defoort
Eric Defoort (born June 27, 1943 in Ypres ; † December 17, 2016 ) was a Flemish politician of the Nieuw-Vlaamse Alliantie and chairman of the European Free Alliance (EFA).
Defoort was a senior librarian and history professor at the Catholic University of Brussels . In March 2010 he was elected chairman of the EFA.
