Erich act

Erich Akt (born July 3, 1898 in Krotoschin , † 1961 declared dead with effect from July 4, 1945) was a German politician ( NSDAP ) and SA leader .

Live and act

After attending elementary and secondary school, Erich Akt took part in World War I from 1914 , during which he was deployed on the Eastern and Western Fronts and wounded twice. He was also awarded the Iron Cross of both classes. After the war, Akt earned his living as an unskilled worker at the Königsberg district office and as a bank clerk in Berlin.

On November 1, 1929 Akt joined the NSDAP ( membership number 160.354). On January 1, 1930 he took over the duties of a section leader and in 1932 that of a district training leader. In 1933, Akt became a city councilor and honorary district councilor in Berlin-Friedrichsfelde . In 1934 he was appointed district training manager, in 1935 as a paid city councilor and in 1936 as district inspector III of the district administration of Greater Berlin.

From April 1938 until the end of the Nazi regime in the spring of 1945, Akt was a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 3 (East Berlin) . Akt was appointed Oberführer in the SA on April 20, 1944. From 1941 to 1943 he did military service.

Akt was officially missing after the end of World War II . In 1961 he was declared dead by the Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg district court with effect from July 4th of that year.
