Erich Holliger
Erich Holliger (born May 2, 1936 in Langenthal ; † July 22, 2010 in Basel ) was a Swiss theater director .
Erich Holliger gave scenic lessons at the Winterthur Conservatory , was a director at the Basel Theater under Horst Statkus and was in charge of the production of various programs on Swiss television . From 1995 to 2001 Holliger took part in the Wednesday noon concerts of the Christoph Merian Foundation .
Erich Holliger was the brother of the oboist Heinz Holliger (* 1939).
