Erich Jentzsch

Erich Jentzsch (born July 12, 1895 in Halle (Saale) , † 1961 in Berlin-Wilmersdorf ) was the head of the Gelsenkirchen Police Office.

Life

After the first state legal examination in 1922, Erich Jentzsch was assigned to the Meschede District Office as a government trainee and in January 1927 as a government assessor. He was transferred to the Berlin Police Headquarters in May 1928. In 1932 he joined the Stade district government as a councilor . In the meantime again employed by the police chief in Berlin, Jentzsch became head of the police office in Gelsenkirchen by government decree of February 19, 1934. On May 1, 1933, Jentzsch became a member of the NSDAP . Before serving in the Second World War from October 1942 , he was temporarily seconded to the Vienna Police Headquarters - again in a leading position in the Berlin police station, most recently as a senior government councilor.
