Erich Nitzling

Erich S. Nitzling (born December 24, 1934 in Lorch ; † April 4, 2014 in Kelkheim-Ruppertshain ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending a secondary school, Nitzling completed a commercial training in Leverkusen and Wuppertal . He initially worked as a businessman and as a consulting business economist. He later became managing director of the GEVAB group in Frankfurt am Main . In addition, Nitzling was district chairman of the AWO Frankfurt since 1989 .

politics

From 1964 to 1970 Nitzling was a member of the city council of Frankfurt am Main. From 1970 to 1987 he was a member of the Hessian state parliament as an SPD member. He was in the constituency Frankfurt V selected.
