Erich Schneider (politician, 1891)
Erich Schneider (born November 5, 1891 in Leipzig , † October 28, 1935 ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).
Live and act
After attending the IV. Realschule in Leipzig, Schneider embarked on a middle career in the service of the Reichspost . From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War. At the end of the war, in which he was awarded the Iron Cross II. Class, he had reached the rank of Deputy Guard in Division 163. He then returned to the post, where he was promoted to senior post secretary.
In the 1920s Schneider joined the NSDAP, for which he took over the office of Gau treasurer of the Gau leadership of Saxony.
From 1930 to 1933 Schneider was a member of the Saxon state parliament . He then sat from November 1933 until his death in 1935 as a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 29 (Leipzig) .
