Erik Lyche Solheim (born August 26, 1986 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Solheim, who has been part of the national team since 2003, made his debut in the Continental Cup on December 13, 2003 in Lillehammer . He finished jumping on the large hill in 30th place. After another Continental Cup competition on the following day, Solheim took an international break for 2 years and only jumped in the Continental Cup on February 5, 2005 Braunlage . In the meantime he only jumped once at an FIS race in Rælingen , where he reached 11th place. In 2005 he and the Akershus team became Norwegian champions together with Andreas Vilberg , Terje Hilde and Bjørn Einar Romøren . Since this success he has continued to compete in the Continental Cup, where he was able to achieve his best individual result so far on February 14, 2009 with 5th place on the large hill. He ended his career after the 2009/10 season.
