Commemorative Medal (Monaco)

The Prince of Monaco donated on different occasions during her reign the following commemorative medals ( Fri Médaille commémorative ) as official decorations .

Commemorative medal for the wedding of Prince Rainier III. with Gracia Patricia April 18, 1956 Round silver medal hanging on a princely crown. In the obverse the two half-length portraits of the prince and his wife, turned to the right and slightly offset. The coat of arms of Monaco can be seen on the back . White ribbon with red stripes.

for the 25th anniversary of the reign of Prince Rainier III.
May 9, 1974 Round silver medal hanging on a princely crown. On the obverse on a diamond field the head of the prince turned to the right with the inscription RAINIER III PRINCE DE MONACO . On the back you can see the coat of arms of Monaco, on which the mirrored and entwined initial R rests. Including two lines 9 MAY 1949 9 MAY 1974 . Red band with white diamonds that enlarge towards the outside .

May 9, 1989 Round silver medal hanging on a princely crown. On the obverse the prince's head turned to the left with the inscription RAINIER III PRINCE DE MONACO 1989 . On the back is the large coat of arms of Monaco, on which the mirrored and entwined initial R rests. All around QUARANTIÊME ANNIVERSAIRE DE RÊGNE 1949-1989 . Red band with white diamonds that enlarge towards the outside.

Commemorative medal on the accession of Prince Albert II. July 12, 2005 Round silver medal hanging on a princely crown. Front the bust of the prince turned to the left. The inscription ALBERT II above the head and PRINCE DE MONACO below . On the back a diamond field surmounted by a crown, which represents the coat of arms of the principality. Left and right of it the letter A for Altesse Albert (Highness Albert). White band with red diamonds that enlarge towards the outside.
