Erling Stranden (born February 3, 1949 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Stranden took part in his first international tournament at the Four Hills Tournament in 1965/66 . After two 19th places in Oberstdorf and Innsbruck and a 24th place in Partenkirchen, he was able to reach 10th place in Bischofshofen . In the end he was in 12th place in the tour's overall ranking. At the Norwegian Championships in 1966 in Rena von der Großschanze he finished sixth. In 1969 in Raufoss he won the Norwegian Championship on the large hill. After three years, he was the first ski jumper to beat Bjørn Wirkola on the large hill.

Stranden now lives in Kongsberg .
