Erna Putz

Erna Putz (* 1946 in Ohlsdorf , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian Roman Catholic theologian and biographer of Franz Jägerstätter .

Erna Putz was a religion teacher and journalist before she took over the parish household in Ostermiething. Since 1983 she has been organizing a Jägerstätter seminar and commemoration on August 9, the anniversary of Franz Jägerstätter's death, in Ostermiething and St. Radegund . Since December 2013 she has been Commendum of the Papal Order of St. Silvester .
