Ernst Jaberg
Ernst Jaberg (born December 7, 1917 in Golaten ; † July 18, 1998 in Bern ) was a Swiss lawyer and politician ( SVP ).
Jaberg received his doctorate in 1950 and was Chief Justice of the Canton of Bern from 1956 to 1966 . From 1966 to 1979 he headed the judiciary and municipal administration of the canton as a member of the government . From 1979 to 1987 Jaberg was President of the Bern Cantonal Bank . Jaberg was also a member of the free student body .
