Ernst Köppen

Ernst Köppen (born October 11, 1918 in Berlin ; † February 11, 1989 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Ernst Köppen attended high school , which he graduated from high school. He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Berlin . He later made a teacher training course , which he completed with the first and second teacher exams. He became a teacher and later also a rector . In 1959 he joined the SPD. Köppen eventually became a school councilor . In October 1970 he moved up to the Berlin House of Representatives , since Horst Nauber had left. In 1975, Köppen left parliament.
