Ernst Karlberg
Ernst Wilhelm Ludvig Karlberg (born October 12, 1901 in Stockholm ; † March 20, 1987 there ) was a Swedish ice hockey player .
Career
At club level, Ernst Karlberg played exclusively in his hometown for Djurgårdens IF . From 1921 to 1932 he competed with his team in the Swedish championship . In the 1926 season he won the national championship with Djurgårdens IF.
International
For Sweden , Karlberg took part in the Olympic Winter Games in Chamonix in 1924 and in St. Moritz in 1928 . At the 1928 Winter Games, he and his team won the silver medal. As the best European team at the Winter Olympics, he and his team also won the European championship.
