Ernst Kissling

Ernst Kissling (born August 12, 1890 in Zurich ; † May 27, 1973 there ) was a Swiss sculptor .

life and work

Kissling learned sculpture from his great uncle Richard Kissling . He then stayed in Paris from 1906 to 1909 . In 1920 Kissling exhibited Venice at the Biennale . In 1928/1929, Kissling had Rudolf Steiger build a studio house for him in Bergdietikon on Holenstrasse . This was restored in 2000-2005.
