Ernst Kraft (born May 25, 1924 in Selm ; † May 10, 2001 ) was a German CDU politician .
education and profession
Ernst Kraft graduated from elementary school and vocational school and completed his training as a moulder. From 1942 he worked as a skilled worker.
politics
In 1949 Ernst Kraft became a member of the metal industry union. In 1952 he joined the CDU and became a member of the Selm council. There he was mayor from 1962 to 1964 and from 1969. He served as the mayor of the Bork office from 1967 to 1974.
From May 28, 1975 to May 28, 1980, Ernst Kraft was a directly elected member of the 8th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for the constituency 088 Lüdinghausen. From May 29, 1980 to May 29, 1985 he was a member of the 9th state parliament, into which he entered via the state list.
