Ernst May
Ernst Mai (born June 6, 1915 ) is a German lawyer.
Career
Nothing is known about Mai's career until the end of the war in 1945. With effect from August 1, 1949, he was appointed Higher Regional Court Councilor at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main . Subsequently, with effect from July 3, 1961, he was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice , to which he was a member until his retirement on June 30, 1983. From February 9, 1968 he led the IX. Civil Senate as chairman.
