Ernst Nevrivy (born June 25, 1968 in Vienna ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and since 2014 district chairman of the 22nd district of Vienna Donaustadt .

education and profession

Ernst Nevrivy attended Georg-Bilgeri-Schule (elementary and secondary school) from 1974 and then attended business school for a year. He then did an apprenticeship as a telecommunications fitter at Telekom Austria , where he worked in various areas as a fitter, installation supervisor and employee in the planning department. From 1999 to 2014 Nevrivy was district party leader of the SPÖ Donaustadt . On August 11, 2014, Nevrivy took over the office of district chairman of the Donaustadt from his predecessor Norbert Scheed .

politics

Ernst Nevrivy joined the SPÖ in 1986 and was initially involved in the Kagran section . From 1987 he was deputy secretary and sub-cashier and from 1989 education officer and department manager. Between 1995 and 2001 he headed the section as chairman with a one-year break. Ernst Nevrivy was District Secretary of the SPÖ Donaustadt until 1999 and was District Councilor between 2000 and 2005 . From March 2005 he was deputy district chairman before he moved to the state parliament and local council on June 26, 2006, where he replaced Norbert Scheed . After Scheed's death in 2014, he was unanimously elected as his successor and has held the office of district chairman ever since.

Private

Ernst Nevrivy has been married to Sabine Nevrivy since 2017 and has a son and a daughter.
