Ernst Reisinger
Ernst Reisinger (born May 29, 1884 in Munich ; † February 6, 1952 ) was a German educator .
After attending the Maximilians-Gymnasium in Munich up to Abitur in 1903, he studied in Munich and received his doctorate on July 19, 1909 in classical archeology under Paul Wolters with a thesis on Cretan vase painting .
Since 1918 he and his wife Julie , née Kerschensteiner, have been running the educational reform school in Schondorf am Ammersee . In 1929 they converted the school into a non-profit foundation.
