Ernst Sigismund von Walsleben (* around 1690; † between 1750 and 1759) was a Prussian district administrator in the Demmin-Treptow district of Western Pomerania .

Ernst Sigismund was a son of Ulrich Wedig von Walsleben , heir to Werder and Wodarg , and the Gottliebe Elisabeth von Aschersleben from the Crussow family . He studied at the University of Greifswald from 1709 and moved to the University of Rostock the following year . Since 1721 he was district administrator of the Demmin-Treptow district. At the beginning of 1740 he asked King Friedrich Wilhelm I several times to be released . However, he wanted to keep him on duty. It was not until Friedrich II that he received his departure in early 1743. Peter von Glasenapp became his successor.

Together with his brother Johann Reimar Ehrenreich, he sold the Kadow , Gramzow and Jagetzow estates to Gustav Sasse in 1735 . In 1749/1750 he was named the heir to Kessin , which he exchanged for shares in Werder and Wodarg. His brother inherited his possessions, which passed to his liege successor Gustav Philipp von Walsleben in 1759.
